Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OneBlock website, application and smart contracts (together, the “Service”). By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What OneBlock is
OneBlock is a non-custodial launchpad. It lets anyone deploy an ERC-20 token and trade it instantly against an automated bonding curve on supported networks (currently Robinhood Chain and Arc). OneBlock never takes custody of your tokens or funds — every action is a transaction you sign from your own wallet and execute directly against public smart contracts.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use blockchain applications where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you are a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where doing so would be illegal, or if you are subject to applicable sanctions.
3. Your wallet, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys and your seed phrase. OneBlock cannot access, freeze, reverse or recover your funds or any transaction. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot help you recover it. Always verify transaction details in your wallet before signing.
4. Tokens are user-generated
Tokens on OneBlock are created by users, not by OneBlock. OneBlock does not create, endorse, vet, promote or guarantee any token. A token’s name, symbol or image may be misleading, may impersonate a brand, or may be part of a scam. Always do your own research. The appearance of a token on OneBlock is not an endorsement of any kind.
5. No financial advice
The Service and any content on it are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any resulting gains or losses.
6. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law, regulation or sanctions regime;
- launch or promote tokens that infringe intellectual property, defraud others, or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or other crimes;
- engage in market manipulation, wash trading or deceptive practices;
- upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that depicts or exploits minors;
- interfere with, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
7. Fees
Trading on the bonding curve carries a protocol fee of 1% per trade, a portion of which is shared with the token’s creator, as described on the Fees page. You are also responsible for network gas fees, which are paid to the network, not to OneBlock. Fees may change; the current values are always those enforced on-chain by the contracts.
8. Intellectual property
The OneBlock name, logo and website design are the property of OneBlock. The underlying smart contracts and much of the tooling are or may be open source under their respective licenses. You retain responsibility for any content (such as token images) you submit, and you represent that you have the right to use it.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that smart contracts are free of vulnerabilities. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneBlock and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds or data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including losses caused by smart-contract bugs, network failures, third-party wallets or RPC providers, price volatility, or scam tokens created by other users.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneBlock and its contributors from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as wallet software, RPC providers, block explorers and the underlying blockchains. We do not control these and are not responsible for them. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
13. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised through the official OneBlock channels linked from the app.
